Why is she special?

Forget about electricity rationing

  • She has completely changed battery bank location and type - from AGM to a monster 1000Ah LiFePO4 and got it moved to the very middle of the boat, to the cockpit locker where it is very easy to access. Weight was reduced 2 times, while capacity increased 4 times. And by with 1300W of solar panels there is no need to constantly run generator. She can sit for days on anchor and get all electricity she need from sun and wind.
  • all electrical appliances can run off the 2KW inverter safely and without a risk to destroy the batteries.
  • Battery bank can be discharged to 20% until you need to start worrying about a recharge. And when that happens - there is 1300W solar power, wind generator, 2 Balmar alternators with external regulators and 9KW generator with 120A charger - quite a few choices.

Modern electronics means more comfort and safety

  • All electronics were changed from Raymarine to a new generation NMEA2000 based B&G and Maretron equipment mostly to solve reliability, aging and integration issues.  With current electronics setup, one can watch the progress of the passage and all instrumentation on tablet or phone from the bed. You can also connect 3rd party navigation software through special USB device or WIFI network to get sensor data (openCPN for example).  And since all equipment is NMEA2000 - even Fusion music player can be controller from the chartplotters on fly-bridge and nav-station.

More comfort and style

Dozens of little improvement were done to make this sailing catamaran more comfortable and stylish. Few big ones were

  • changing all furniture upholstery with a much softer and more comfortable material.
  • Netting / trampoline was recently changed to one that is made of a UV resistant high tech strong material which not just looks better - but is significantly much stronger - and because of the density - more comfortable.
  • LED underwater lights and salon led ambiance lightning also makes this boat stand out not from other boat in marina or anchorage.

Ready to depart for a big sailing adventure now!

  •  For a past few years this boat was prepared to go and cross the oceans - from safety equipment to comfort. It was a very comfortable home for a couple, but could easily accommodate a family.
  •  What is really important - all big improvement projects are done, well tested and everything is 100% working. It took the owner 2 years to make this progress and it's perfect boat for people who value the time and just want to go sailing.
  • Moreover - all the toys (bikes, sups), tools, spares, technical books, bedding, cutlery, kitchenware, etc. -  everything is included in price.

History

She was bought by an older couple from Spain. They only used her to stay on her during holiday and weekends. They owned her about 5-6 years. After that she was bought by an older British couple, who started to install some equipment for cruising like generator and watermaker. They just stayed with her in Spain.

2 years ago the current owner bought her in Spain and started to travel to Italy and further on to Greece. During this time they spend the winter in Italy and started outfitting to the current condition. Since this year they are in Greece and they need to go back to work.
